Polyurethane Sealer For Loose Gravel Stone

The patio blocks and loose pebbles were the same before application and were dull and not glossy as stated on the bottle. Tried another application a few days later with the same results. Loose gravel and dull patio blocks. Wasted 45 dollars when I should have just bought polyurethane in the first place. Live and learn
